Offertory Collection:
The Second Collection this weekend is taken up in support of the Justice and Peace Commission of the Archdiocese of Glasgow.
Day of Prayer for Justice and Peace
In Scotland the Day of Prayer for Justice and Peace takes place on January 7th 2018, the Feast of the Epiphany.
St Martin's Youth Group
St Martin's Youth Group will have their first meeting of 2018 on Sunday the 21st January at 6.30pm in the Church Hall. The Youth Group is open to all children from P6 upwards. P6 children will be enrolled in the Pope Francis Faith Award with older children learning more about their faith and becoming young leaders within the parish. If you would like more information please speak to Jennifer Gorman.

The December edition of The Flourish, the Archdiocesan newspaper is still available. Please collect your copy from the back of the church.
St Mungo Feast
The feast of St Mungo – a Solemnity in the City of Glasgow and a Feast in the rest of the Archdiocese – will in 2018 be celebrated in every parish on Sunday 14th January.
See the Poster at the back of church from Glasgow Churches Together about their St Mungo celebration. Sunday 14th January 4pm in Glasgow Cathedral, All welcome.
20-40 Network Events
Aged 20-40? Would you like to meet some fellow young Catholics? 'Networking at the Museum' is on 20th January at Kelvingrove Museum, 2pm-4pm. ‘The Quiztastic Quiz of the Year’ is on 3rd February in the function room of Blackfriar's bar in the Merchant City, 1pm-5pm. THE CRIB
The Crib will remain open in churches until the 2nd February to give people more time to visit and make donations to the St Margaret’s Adoption Society. Your support and generosity will ensure that they continue to meet the needs of their children and families.
